Conceptual studies, feasibility studies, preliminary assessments, cost estimates, and administration assistance. Firms must demonstrate qualification and specific experience in the following listed areas: Contamination Evaluation; Solid Waste Landfill Design, Expansion, Permitting and Construction Management; Closure Design, Permitting and Construction Management; Development of Solid Waste Plans; Design, Permitting and Construction Management to Retro-fit Existing Facilities; Solid Waste Accounting Services; Design, Permitting and Construction of Recycling Facilities; Alternative Energy Facilities.
