This is a sole source solicitation for OEM Collins Rome for the F-15, F-16, B-1B, and B-2 power take off (PTO) shafts and power transmission shafts (PTS). OEM Collins Rome will provide program management and engineering services as required to support active aircraft in cases where Service Revealed Deficiencies (SRDs) are identified and quick action is required to resolve safety issues or supply issues that lead to grounded aircraft. If these services are not available the ability to resolve safety issues, improving the reliability of the aircraft will lead to unsupported aircraft and they will not meet mission requirements by grounding aircraft.
