This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Description of Requirement: The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to procure a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract for non-personal services to provide a PrograMill Dental Mill System, along with associated annual maintenance and repair services in support of U.S. Dental Laboratory located at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia. The contractor shall provide the PrograMill 7 Dental Mill System along with maintenance services. Services include delivery, setup, and ongoing preventative and corrective maintenance of the PrograMill 7 Dental Mill System. The contractor shall accomplish the installation of the base system and its scope of delivery (including the PrograMill Suction Unit, CAM software, PC/Monitor, and all associated accessories). Following installation, the contractor shall provide ongoing maintenance to ensure the machine can accurately dry mill zirconia, polymethylmethacrylates (resins), and wax to fabricate inlays, onlays, crowns, bridges, and complete dentures. The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) provides full details.



Period of Performance (PoP): The contractor shall provide the PrograMill 7 Dental Mill System along with maintenance services per the Performance Work Statement on 30 September 2026. The Period of Performance has a base period of 30 September 2026 through 29 September 2027, including four optional periods.
