Projet : PROGRAMME DE DÉLÉGATION DES INSPECTIONS OBLIGATOIRES (PDIO) DES NAVIRES DE LA STQ À UN ORGANISME RECONNU (OR) – 2026-2030 NO APPEL D’OFFRES : 4102-2025-054 1. OBJET DU CONTRAT La Société des traversiers du Québec applique le Programme de délégation des inspections obligatoires (PDIO) instauré en vertu de l’entente conclue par le ministre des Transports et les sociétés de classification, ci-après appelées « organismes reconnus » (OR). À cette fin, la STQ lance le présent appel d’offres afin de sélectionner un organisme reconnu chargé d’effectuer les inspections obligatoires prévues dans le cadre du PDIO. L’OR veillera donc à l’application de la règlementation canadienne pour les navires délégués et non-classés désignés à l’appel d’offres. 2. DURÉE DU CONTRAT Le contrat débutera le 1er septembre 2026 et prendra fin le 31 décembre 2030. 3. NAVIRES VISÉS Les quatre (4) navires visés sont présentement délégués à l’OR Bureau Veritas (BV) et ne seront pas classés. Ces navires sont : 1. NM Lomer-Gouin 2. NM Alphonse-Desjardins 3. NM Radisson 4. NM Ivan-Quinn 4. LIEUX D’INSPECTION ANNUELLE Les inspections annuelles seront réalisées principalement au port d’attache du navire déterminé, soit : • Ville de Québec, dans les limites du Port de Québec, pour les navires 1, 2 et 3 ; • Cap-aux-meules, pour le navire 4. 5.
