Project Management Consulting (Owner's Rep Support)

This subcontract for Project Management Consulting provides owner's representative support for facility projects within Regional School District 15. The selected consultant will provide professional project management services for prime contractors, focusing on design assistance, permitting, and the management of project schedules. Key responsibilities include coordinating with the Building Committee and the District Project Manager, as well as managing all necessary filings and meetings with the State of Connecticut Office of Government Accountability and the Department of Administrative Services. To be eligible, the provider must be familiar with the State of Connecticut Educational Specifications and complete all District-approved background checks.
