The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a one time, sole source basis to: NewForma, 1750 Elm Street, Floor 9, Manchester, NH 03104 for the purpose of providing NewForma Service available from only one manufacturer (brand name only), and competition is precluded as there are no substitutes available for Project Management Software Pilot program. Project Management Software / Network Systems Requirements: General note: All work is intended to be performed at the unclassified network level / AWS Government Cloud access controlled with password and/or RSA token. Email & file management, indexing and search Archive emails into project-specific folders. Provide search ability through all project data (emails, files, etc.) File (or store) information in a variety of locations (hard-drive, external drives, internal servers, SharePoint servers, etc.) Transfer files through a secure portal, with the ability to track personnel work product and actions. Ensure that the project team is working on the most current (or updated) documents. Maintain and access task lists specific to a project, with the ability to connect with Outlook calendars. Have complete control and tracking of information into and out of the network. Project Management Requirements Design and Construction Administration Collaboration ability between internal government units and exterior A/E consulting, Design & Construction Contracting. Centralized design and construction drawing posting and collaboration providing project team members the ability to comment, markup and the ability to track status of comments/findings produced. Centralized project file system which is networked internally. Project status summary reporting. Providing briefing focused on Schedule, Cost and Quality/Scope Issues. Provide tracking and management during design and construction of the following: Design Submissions (30%, 65,100 & for construction), Request of Information, Proposed/potential/executed change order request, Submittals, Applications for payment, Commissioning, Project closeout O&M�s & Warranties. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
