Project Managment for Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation

Granite School District is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive project management services for the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning system under solicitation number DB27-005-RFP. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible proposer based on the highest score as determined by the procurement code, with the goal of ensuring a successful and efficient ERP rollout. The project management duties will encompass planning, coordination, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle, aligned with the district’s operational needs and timelines. The contract term is set at six months following the system’s go-live date, ensuring continued support during the critical post-implementation phase.
