The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision and all operations identified in these specifications for Project No. ZNRE 12-1015, Overhaul Boiler F-Plant, Yokota Air Base, Japan. It is a "design-built" project. The magnitude of this project is expected between - 41,201,750 and - 82,403,500 in accordance with FAR 36.204 (d), which means the Government's Cost Estimate falls in this magnitude. Please contact via telepohne or e-mail to the Point of Contact (POC) below to receive further information on the subject project such as specifications and drawings. The site visit is scheduled on 10 Sep 13 at 1330 hours. If you need to attend the site visit, please make an appointment with the POC and come to the Gate 5 (Supply Gate) by 1300 hours to obtain the pass. You must bring the proper picture identification (valid passport or driver's lisence with two 4 digit password). For the vehicle pass, please make sure you bring the proper insurance docuemnts. Failure to provide the proper documentation may cause you not be able to enter the base. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this invitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this invitation either before or after the closing date.
