The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision and all operations identified in the specifications for Project No. ZNRE 14-1074, Emergency Roof Repair, B400, Installation Deployment Readiness Center (IDRC)Yokota Air Base, Japan. Perform all work indicated in specifications or accompanying drawings, which will be included in the solicitation package. The contractor is required to provide a complete and usable facility within the terms and conditions of the contract. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to: - Remove and replace with new damaged eave metal gutter, batten cap, snow guard and flashing. - Inspect chillers, air condensing unit, heat exchanging fans, and piping. - Replace damaged ventilation ducts and heat exchanging fan. The magnitude of this project is expected between Y25,985,975 and Y51,971,950 ($250,000.00 and $500,000.00), in accordance with FAR 36.204 (d), which means the Government's Cost Estimate falls in this magnitude.
