Contract Reporter Ad – G-25208 The New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES) is looking for one or more vendor(s) to provide promotional items. There are eight (8) lots that will be offered and awarded. Item substitutions will be considered. Final products must not have visibly obtrusive Country-of-Origin (COO) markings. All poly bags used for shipping, or as a protective must be blank with no COO markings or additional language. All items will be personalized with state issued logos; final high-quality logos will be provided at time of award. Preproduction proofs will be required and must have DHSES written approval prior to production. All item(s) must be delivered on/by Wednesday, July 10, 2024. Submitted bids should include completed documents (Substitute W9, Appendix A, and Lobbying Form), pricing must be all inclusive and without tax. Vendor(s) must accept a NYS issued Purchase Order for payment. DHSES reserves the right to award all, part, or none of the lots. DHSES reserves the right to seek and/or make clarifications and revisions to proposals due to arithmetic or other corrections in compliance with the requirements of the solicitation.
