PROPERTY APPRAISAL - NANTUCKET

The U.S. Coast Guard Base Cape Cod, under the Department of Homeland Security, is seeking proposals from qualified small businesses to perform a professional real estate appraisal of a 3.35-acre property located at 20 Vesper Lane, Nantucket, Massachusetts 02554. This solicitation, issued as a Request for Quotation under number 51283PR260024530, is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5 and is classified under NAICS code 531320. Proposals must be submitted electronically by June 17, 2026, and must include a detailed company profile, valid Certified General Appraiser licensure in Massachusetts, evidence of Errors & Omissions insurance, professional affiliations, and a demonstrated history of appraising properties suitable for government use, particularly with experience working for federal agencies.
