The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) proposes to enter into a contract with Olink Proteomics Inc. in Waltham, MA, on a basis of other than full and open competition. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested, the Government shall consider capability statements.

This equipment requirement includes the O-link signature Q100 platform for the ability to analyze multiple biomarkers with high specificity and no cross reactivity using a small amount of sample. The equipment must include the NPX signature software license for the ability to read the assay plates, must contain an integrated fluidic circuit for performing proteomic analysis in 48.48 format (48 proteins analyzed for 48 samples), and an 48.48 interface plate that is needed to run the integrated fluidic circuit loading on the Olink Signature Q100 platform. A 3-pin plug type B, LT-202 power cord is also needed. Installation and training included in the package requirement.
The NAICS code for this action is 541380. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items.
