Prototype, Experiment, Production, Sustainment - PrEPS Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) for the Capability Program Executive, Intelligence & Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW).

This contract action is a Sources Sought Notice under solicitation W58SFN-26-R-0057 issued by the Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal on behalf of the Capability Program Executive, Intelligence & Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW), aimed at identifying qualified industry partners for a future Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract. Compliance with stringent security requirements is mandatory, including current employment of three specifically designated personnel with active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearances—Program Manager, Senior Engineer, and Security Manager—alongside a facility fully certified to meet ICS-705-1 and ICS-705-2 physical and technical security standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities. Contractors must also demonstrate immediate capability to communicate via JWICS or SIC networks, with all submissions required to be transmitted through these classified channels and accompanied by an unclassified confirmation email. The solicitation requires respondents to submit a mandatory vendor information spreadsheet containing company name, CAGE code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), primary and alternate point-of-contact details with both classified and unclassified communication methods, and business type classification.
