This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; - quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a "request for quotation" (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and USDA Acquisition Regulations (AGAR). This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a small business size standard of $15 Million. The USDA/FNCS is seeking vendors to: PROVIDE MONITORING AND PROGRAM SUPPORT FOR THE COMMODITY LETTER OF CREDIT (CLOC) AND CASH IN LIEU OF COMMODITY SITES FOR NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM (NSLP) pursuant to the below Performance Work Statement (PWS).
