Solicitation 1333MK21QNMAN0003 is a request for quotation from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for a CCTV camera system upgrade for the NOAA Ship Ronald H. Brown. This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set aside under NAICS code 334290. While the original request included installation and commissioning, Amendment 0002 modified the scope to focus exclusively on the purchase of brand name Pelco parts, explicitly stating that installation is no longer part of the requirement. The government will award a firm fixed price contract based on best value, considering price, delivery timelines, and the vendor's status as an authorized manufacturer, distributor, or dealer. To be considered, vendors must provide comprehensive documentation, including an itemized cost breakdown, proof of authorization from the manufacturer, technical data sheets, and completed FAR representations regarding telecommunications equipment. All proposed parts must be summarized on company letterhead and include delivery timelines from the date the purchase order is received.
