The work consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to complete all work as described in the provided Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and a small business size standard of 19 million dollars. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price order resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on 24 AUG 2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil and keven.d.weaver@uscg.mil. Quotes shall be submitted via the SF-1442. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above no oral questions will be accepted.
