The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to modernize policy processes through a digital transformation initiative. Director Military Personnel Policy Integration (DMPPI) requires the support of Level 3 Technical Architect to assess the viability, scalability, and integration of digital solutions across complex legislative, regulatory, and procedural frameworks.
