PSP BOP GNSS Receivers

The Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Patrol is seeking a single vendor for an established price contract to provide GNSS receivers, accessories, training, and technical support. This no-substitute solicitation requires the delivery of 40 Emlid Reach RS4 Pro Receivers and 40 Emlid Reach RS4 Receivers, along with 40 units each of associated hardware including tripods, tribrachs, extension poles, rover rods, carrying cases, phone holders, and quick release mounts.
