The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Patrol (BOP) requires a vendor to provide GNSS receivers, accessories, training, and technical support per the specifications and requirements provided. This is a no substitute solicitation.Questions must be submitted in writing to RA-SPPSPBIDS@PA.GOV no later than September 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.All bids must be submitted through the PA supplier portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.usThe Reciprocal Limitations Requirements Act form GSPUR-89 and Worker Protection and Investment Act form BOP-2201 provided must be completed by an authorized vendor representative and uploaded with bid submission. Current certificate of insurance listing PSP as the certificate holder and including supplemental language as additional insured must be uploaded with bid submission.ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION.
