SPECIAL NOTICE: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United State Coast Guard (USCG), Operational Logistics Command (LOG-94) is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government’s intent to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures



The intended Contractor: Massachusetts Maritime Academy, 101 Academy Dr, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 United States



USCG LOG-94 requires: PSU 301 ADT-AT Berthing JUNE 2026 per scope of work (SOW)



The contract period of performance is 06/05/2026 – 06/20/2026



This procurement is being conducted using commercial items and services procedures pursuant to FAR Part 12, specifically FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), allowing the Contracting Officer (KO) to solicit from one source.



The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 721110 HOTELS (EXCEPT CASINO HOTELS) AND MOTELS.
