Full Description

SPECIAL NOTE 22: The Albuquerque Indian Health Service, New Sunrise Regional Treatment Center (NSRTC), will be negotiating exclusively with Dr. Emily Spade, 6445 JA Court, Albuquerque, NM 87120, for Psychiatrist Services services to be provided at the New Sunrise Regional Treatment Center, in San Fidel, New Mexico. Location of NSRTC is 60 miles west of Albuquerque, NM. Contractor will provide Psychological servics, family therapy services research and data analysis services. Services will be provided on an outpatient basis, at the 20 bed NSRTC facility along with meeting the Children Youth Family Dept and IHS clinical practices, procedure and protocols. The setting for treatment patients with substance abuse/mental health disorders and related behavioral, physical and emotional problems at NSRTC and various outpatient settings. The proposed contract will be awarded for a base year commencing on or about January 30, 2009 and end on January 29, 2010, with four one options renewals contingent upon availability of funding. A Request for Proposal package is not available to the public for this acquisition. This procurement is announced for public information only.
