The Defence Team Coaching Program's (DTCP) coaching services require Psychometric tools to
fulfil its mandate. The DTCP require scientifically validated, reliable, and easy to interpret bilingual EQI 2.0
assessments. The DTCP team will also require training that leads to master certification that will allow our
staff to then certify internal staff (train the trainer) with bilingual training material. Our team will require
delivery of the assessments by the start of September 2024 and trainer’s available during January 2025.
