Provide psychometric services to support EQAO’s large‑scale assessments, including K–12 literacy and math assessments and the Math Proficiency Test (MPT). The Vendor will deliver expert support in psychometric methodologies, scaling, equating, reliability and validity analysis, DIF analysis, standard setting, technology‑enhanced assessments, AI/ML‑based assessment methods, assessment innovation, data analytics, reporting, data governance, accessibility, and compliance with national/international standards.
