Summary of Requirement: PS requires a contractor to lead the co-development of a culturally-relevant ICCI impact Evaluation Framework through a process involving the ICCI recipients implementing a pilot project (ICCI 60-month pilot projects) and their external (third-party) evaluators. As ICCI recipients will be provided with an existing process evaluation framework to tailor to their project needs and/or cultural approaches, this contract is only seeking the co-development of a framework for impact evaluations. What is referred to as an ‘evaluation framework’ hereafter is referring to a framework developed for ICCI impact evaluations. The total contract period will be from contract award to February 28th 2027.
