THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation EA-133W-16-RQ-0608 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), Service and Upper Air Division, Silver Spring, MD, requires two hundred fifty (250) psychrometers and sixteen (16) calibration kits. The required delivery date is September 30, 2016. CLIN Description Quantity Unit Unit Price Total Price Item 0001 Psychrometers in accordance with the attached specifications 250 EA Item 0002 Calibration Kits in accordance with the attached specifications 16 EA The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on Lowest Priced Technical Acceptable. The Federal Supply Class is 6640. Please see attached specifications for details. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: 1.
