As public relations support services will be provided to the NHC through the NHC secretariat and not directly to CMHC, CMHC is seeking independent firms not presently under contract with CMHC working on CMHC files. It is CMHC’s intention to enter into an agreement on a non-exclusive basis with one (1) successful proponent as the primary provider for the NHC’s communication projects. The period for scheduling and completing work under the resulting contract from this RFP is for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for or up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms, for a maximum of five (5) years.
