VIA Rail Canada Inc. is looking for Public Relations Agencies to assist in the development and implementation of integrated public affairs strategies, in support of VIA's strategic and corporate plans, in the following regions: Region A. British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan Region B. Ontario Region C. Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia The Tenderer may submit its tender proposal for multiple regions. The Tenderer who wishes to submit a proposal for a specific region must have a physical office located in that region. Mandatory Requirement Details: -For all the three (3) regions: Region A, Region B, Region C 1) Experience: The Tenderer must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in public relations industry.   2) Experience: The assigned VIA's Key Account Lead must have at least ten (10) years of relevant experience in public relations services. 3) Location: The Tenderer must have a place of business in Canada. 4) Physical office: The Tenderer must have a physical office in the region of the category that the Tenderer submits the tender proposal. 5) Timeline: The Tenderer must be able to start receiving VIA’s project requests mentioned in Part B-Appendix A within a maximum of three (3) calendar days following the contract signing.   Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
