Synopsis: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request For Quotation (RFQ) number: SP0604-19-Q-0419. (iii) This RFQ solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 effective July 12, 2019. (iv) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511120 with a small business standard of 1000 employees. (vii) The Period of Performance is from 9/01/2019 thru 8/31/2020; delivered via electronic means to Defense Logistics Agency - Energy. (viii) The following FAR Clause provision applies to this solicitation and is hereby incorporated by reference; FAR 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Oct 2018). (ix) Responsible offerors will be evaluated on price alone. All quotes submitted shall be an ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE. No exceptions or additional terms will be accepted.
