The County of Loudoun, Virginia (“County”), is soliciting bids from the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) approved stream mitigation banks for the purchase of 1,126 stream credits using the Unified Stream Methodology (USM). The impacts are located within the Middle Potomac-Catoctin watershed, Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 02070008, and are associated with the Evergreen Mills Road Watson Road and Reservoir Road Intersection Improvement (“Project”). The credits will provide compensatory mitigation for the proposed impacts of the Project construction.
