The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to enter into a sole source contract with the National Center for the Analysis of Healthcare Data to acquire aggregated state licensure data for 11 specific healthcare professional categories. This data, which includes information on pharmacists, nurse practitioners, and other specialists, was compiled by the vendor in a format compatible with agency needs. Because duplicating this dataset would require substantial resources, the vendor is considered the only responsible source capable of providing these services under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed agreement is expected to span a five year period, consisting of one base year and four option years. While this notice serves as an intent to negotiate with a single source rather than a formal solicitation, interested parties were permitted to submit capability statements for government review. All inquiries regarding requisition number HRS40322-ebd were directed to the designated contract specialist via email.
