Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c )(1)  FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B)  Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Oracle USA, Inc., 500 Oracle Parkway, Redwood City, CA 94065-1600 to purchase annual renewal of technical support services for all Oracle software licenses and maintenance. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of twelve months, with two 12-month option periods. The period of performance reads: Base Period: 10 March 2008 through 09 March 2009. First Option Period: 10 March 2009 through 09 March 2010. Second Option Period: 10 March 2010 through 09 March 2011. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no soli citation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
