39--Purchase of a Portable take-up Machine.

The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), through the Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory in Seattle, Washington, is soliciting quotes for a single Portable Take-up Machine under solicitation number 1333MJ26Q0026.
