Purchase of real property located in Victorville, California identified as Parcel Number: 3095-023-01

The Victor Elementary School District is acquiring a parcel of vacant real property located in Victorville, San Bernardino County, California, identified as Assessor Parcel Number 3095-023-01. The acquisition, referred to as the Grace Link, LLC Property, is being conducted through a direct purchase from Grace Link, LLC under the terms of a Purchase and Sale Agreement and is authorized by Resolution No. 24-43. Joe Pont, the Director of Facilities, Maintenance, Grounds, and Transportation, serves as the primary administrative contact for the project. The project has been granted a Notice of Exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under sections 15061(b)(3) and 15004(b)(2)(a), as the transaction involves only the transfer of title without changing the nature or intensity of the property's current use. However, any future use of the property by the District remains conditioned upon compliance with applicable CEQA requirements.
