This Solicitation W31P4Q-17-Q-0123 is being issued as a request for quote: however, the Army Contracting Command-Redstone intends to issue a sole source award to Springer STM EBooks for the perpetual purchase (one-time purchase) of Springer STM EBooks 2013-2017 for online access to electronic full text journals covering a wide range of topics in scientific and technical subjects applicable to the Redstone Arsenal Community, Redstone Scientific Information Center (RSIC).
