Delivery is mandated to 5625 Fishers Lane in Brookline, Massachusetts, where the system will be received and installed by Staff Scientist Tuan Nguyen at LBQB. The acquisition, valued at no more than $350,000, was issued under FAR Part 13 with no competitive bidding due to the exclusive distribution rights held by Boston Electronics. No formal evaluation factors, weights, or inspection criteria beyond confirming compliance with manufacturer specifications are provided, and no packaging, marking, or FOB terms are specified. The contract will be awarded based solely on responsiveness and responsibility, consistent with non-competitive simplified acquisition guidelines.
