Scope: See SC-02 for full scope: The work is comprised of two major components: San Jacinto Valley Advanced Water Purification Facility (SJVAWPF) and Brine Ponds. Prospective bidders should note that the work is defined as follows: Schedule A – PWR SJVAWPF: • Site Grading and Site Work within SJVAWPF including, but not limited to: clearing and grubbing as required; rough and finish grading; import and/or export material as required; existing stockpile relocation, vegetation removal as required; temporary fencing; site AC paving and base; driveways, curb, gutter, and sidewalks; chain link fencing; drainage system improvements, stormwater best management practices; landscaping and irrigation systems; preparing and implementing SWPPP; and miscellaneous onsite related work. • Process Building with Process Room, Maintenance Shop, Electrical Room, Air Compressor and Blower Room, Control Room, Viewing Corridor, and Administrative Area with Locker Rooms, Bathrooms, Offices, Storage Rooms, and Conference Rooms. The Work includes but is not limited to: reinforced concrete foundation and slab; equipment tank foundations; exterior and interior walls; roof structures and stairs; safety equipment; doors and windows; HVAC equipment, air handlers, ventilators, and ductwork; fans and louvers; floor and roof drains; roof openings; paintings and finish work; architectural treatments; corrosion protection coatings; and miscellaneous building related work. • Mechanical Work and Equipment including but not limited to: furnishing, delivery, and installation of vertical turbine Influent Pumps; UF Autostrainers and Ultrafiltration (UF) system (e.g., UF Racks, UF Backwash Pumps and Tank); Combined CIP Acid and Base Tanks, UF CIP Pumps, and RO CIP Pumps; 3-Stage Primary Reverse Osmosis (RO) System, (e.g., RO Trains, Primary RO Feed Pumps, 2nd Stage Booster Pumps); 1-Stage Secondary RO System (e.g., Secondary RO Trains, Secondary RO Booster Pumps and Secondary RO CIP Pumps and Tank), RO Flush Pumps and Tank; Product Water Pumps and wetwell; Waste Return Pumps and wetwell; Chemical storage and feed systems; mechanical process piping; pipe supports; isolation valves; motor operated valves; control valves; magnetic flow meters; air valves; start-up and commissioning; and all necessary miscellaneous work. • Pipeline Work and Equipment including by not limited to: connections to existing pipelines; conveyance piping; facility process and inter-process piping; drain and sewer piping; storm drain piping; blow-offs and drain valves; air valves; pipe supports; fire hydrants; sampling lines and ports; chemical piping; couplings; reinforced concrete encasements; potholing of existing utilities; trenching and backfill; trench sheeting, shoring, and bracing per California Labor Code; import of backfill materials; painting and coating; hydrostatic testing, miscellaneous testing, chlorination/disinfection and field start-up and testing.
