The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is seeking a contractor to provide weekend and state holiday operations for water and wastewater treatment plants at Punderson, Pymatuning, West Branch, and Wingfoot State Parks. The scope of work involves daily visits to each facility, estimated at 30 minutes per park, to perform chlorine checks, record visits in logbooks, and conduct visual inspections to ensure power is operational and no leaks or overflows are present. While professional water and wastewater operator licenses are not required, the contractor must demonstrate prior experience performing these specific types of checks. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on a low lot total, calculated by multiplying unit costs by estimated usage. The initial term is for up to two years, with an option to renew for an additional two years upon mutual agreement. Bidders may be eligible for Buy American, Buy Ohio, or Veteran-Friendly Business preferences.
