Department of Water Resources (DWR) Dam Safety Services and Southern Field Division staff will perform an inspection of the Pyramid Dam concrete spillway. A crane will be used to place stop logs and divers will inspect the stop log channel grooves prior to placement. After placement of stop logs, the radial gates will be minimally opened to release water located between the stop log and radial gate. Flows will not exceed 50 cfs above current base flows for more than 15 minutes. All access and work is within DWR right-of-way.
