Synergy Consulting proposes the construction and operation of two industrial buildings in the City of Lancaster, California, totaling 807,005 square feet. Environmental compliance was addressed through a Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared under CEQA, which determined that the project would not have a significant environmental effect provided that specific mitigation measures are implemented.
