The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York comprising of the Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, NY; VA Medical Centers at Bath, Syracuse and Canandaigua, NY; VA Western New York Healthcare System, Buffalo, NY is entering into negotiations with American Red Cross, 825 John Street, West Henrietta, NY 14586. All interested parties are requested to give written notification including all pertinent data (descriptive literature, specifications, etc). Send information to Contracting Officer (90NCA), Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, New York 12208. FAX Number: +1 (555) 000-0000. The proposed contract action is for Whole Blood, Red Cells, and other Blood Components for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR Part 6.302.
