Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a new short term sole source replacement contract to a nursing facility in the VA Pittsburgh, PA catchment area for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at that facility.
