Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Psychology Center SC to provide the Madison, WI VAMC with police psych evaluations. This procurement is being conducted pursuant to 38 USC 8153(a)(3)(A) and in accordance with FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i). , only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be a firm fixed price contract for one (1) base year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods. The NAICS Code is 621330. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored.
