THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS AN INDUSTRIAL SECURITY REQUIREMENT
Qimugjuk Building, Iqaluit, Nunavut, Building Condition Report
Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of an Architectural or Engineering firm, acting as the Prime Consultant, with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the delivery of services required for this project.
The scope of work for this project is to provide a Building Condition Report and related studies for the Qimugjuk Government of Canada Building (Iqaluit GOCB), located in Iqaluit, Nunavut; as more fully described in the Terms of Reference.
The Iqaluit GOCB was designed and constructed during 1999-2000 as a central administration building for the new territory of Nunavut. The building is 1,712 m2 over two floors.
This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the bid and contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada and may be viewed at (https://buyandsell.gc.ca/policy-and-guidelines/standard-acquisition-clauses-and-conditions-manual).
