The Department of Defense, through the W6QK Acc-Apg Adelphi office, is soliciting the procurement of one nanoimprint lithography system under solicitation number W911QX24Q0037. The government intends to source this equipment from Nil Technology ApS for delivery to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, within 42 days of the contract award. The system must be fully automated and controlled via a supplied personal computer capable of creating, storing, and executing imprinting protocols with automatic system calibration. Technical specifications require the system to support simultaneous UV and thermal imprinting, featuring 365nm and 405nm UV light with minimum power outputs of 100mW/cm2 and thermal imprinting up to 250 degrees Celsius with a precision of +/-1 degree. The equipment must handle substrates up to 120mm in diameter and 20mm in height, achieving a minimum imprint resolution feature size of 40nm. The contract includes requirements for an integrated vacuum pump, automated pressure control between 0.3 and 11 bar, and a comprehensive set of consumables including master stamps, spare heating elements, pressure membranes, and protective foils. Additionally, the award includes one day of virtual training and all associated freight and shipping costs.

RF Sensor Network Design & IntegrationThe contract involves the design and integration of a multi-domain RF sensor network specifically engineered to detect and characterize frequency-agile unmanned aerial systems. This effort requires advanced signal processing capabilities to identify, track, and classify UAS threats in complex electromagnetic environments, with an emphasis on real-time situational awareness and adaptive response. The solution must be scalable, ruggedized for field operations, and capable of seamless operation across multiple domains including ground, air, and potentially space-based platforms. Deployment planning is a critical component, ensuring the network can be rapidly installed and configured in diverse operational terrains with minimal logistical footprint. The system must interoperate with existing military command, control, communications, and intelligence systems to feed actionable data into broader defense architectures. Performance requirements include high sensitivity to low-power signals, resistance to jamming and spoofing, and the ability to function autonomously in contested or denied environments. The work is to be performed in West Fork, Arkansas, under a subcontract arrangement with the Department of Defense, leveraging NAICS code 334511 for electronic component and product manufacturing.
