This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. The requirement is to procure a brand name product for all items in this requirement. Further clarification on the items are listed below. The statutory authority for this brand name procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). Contract will be evaluated on Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The NAICS code for this contract will be 325414. NHRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. In order to register with SAM and be eligible to receive an award from this Acquisition Office, all offerors must have a DUN & Bradstreet Number.
