Sole Source Synopsis Sole Source. The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, AZ intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the purchase of a quantity of ten (10) each, Automatic Flow Control, Hi-Vol Air Sampler; Part Number:HVP-4200AFC with Hi-Q Environmental Products Co, Inc located at 7386 Trade Street, San Diego California 92121-3402. Hi-Q Environmental Products Co, Inc is the sole manufacturer and holds all proprietary rights in regards to this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334519 with a size standard of 500 employees. Any award resulting from this requirement will be issued pursuant to FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items-FAC 2005-25 and Class Deviation 2005-o000 effective April 22, 2008.
