A pre-bid conference is scheduled at the Township property situated across from 494 Stover Road, Harleysville, PA 19438, at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 26, 2025. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory. However, the work is located on private residential properties, and walking through these properties without permission is considered trespassing. Attendance at the pre-bid conference will give interested bidders the opportunity to fully access the project area. All Bid Documents and solicitation details are available at PennBid™ - www.PennBid.net . Click on the “Solicitations” then “View” tabs. Please note the low bidder is responsible for a fee to PennBid™. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
