The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Applied Imagery, LLC for the purchase of Quick Terrain Modeler software maintenance. These products will be procured in accordance with FAR 13. A Firm Fixed Price type of contract is contemplated for the proposed contract vehicle. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A Justification and Approval was prepared for this procurement but will not be publicly released IAW NGA Memorandum for Record dated 23 FEB 2012.
