Full Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for accounting support services key to the function of the DEA. The services are required at DEA Headquarters and various DEA Field Offices throughout the United States. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following: data preparation; accounting functions to maintain the operations and enhancements of the DEA accounting systems; accounting data entry into DEA databases; conduct online updates and verifications; perform online report creation; log batch and collate supportive material, as needed; operate word processing equipment to record, edit, store and revise correspondence reports and statistical tables; capable of preparing travel vouchers and invoices; capable of using the Federal Financial System (FFS); capable of compiling statistical data using DEA-generated computer reports and raw data; capable of maintaining computer operating system programs; and assist in software compilation. The solicitation number is DEA-02-R-0009. The proposed contract will contain a one-year base period and four 12-month option periods. The Small Business Administration (SBA) has accepted this requirement as an 8(a) sole source award on behalf of an Alaska Native Corporation, Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC), 301 Arctic Slope Avenue, Suite 300, Anchorage, Alaska, 99518-3035, and its subsidiary, ASRC Aerospace Corporation, 6411 Ivy Lane, Suite 610, Greenbelt, Maryland, 20770.
