This effort continues a collaborative investigation involving the EPA, IEC, and the New York City Department of Environmental Protection to assess the impact of blending on effluent pathogen indicators, with an anticipated commitment of up to 3,600 hours for protozoa and virus collection and analysis. This is not a request for proposal, and interested sources must submit appropriate documentation to be considered. Submissions are due within 15 calendar days from the posting date, no later than March 3, 2006, and must be directed in writing via fax or email to the designated EPA contact, Yvonne Harris.
