This contract will build on prior work and facilitate ongoing interventions in this area, ensuring continuity and effectiveness in service delivery. The contract is being awarded on a sole-source basis under specific regulatory provisions that permit non-competitive awards when competition would lead to substantial additional costs or delays, reflecting the unique qualifications and established presence of URC in this domain.
